Shipping

Our HMS Smugglers ship is docked in Doncaster (UK) with all our boxers, briefs and trunks setting sail from this location. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days and tracking information will be sent via email upon dispatch. Shipping is through one of our trusted delivery partners and your items should arrive within 2-5 business days for UK orders and 3-10 business days for international orders. Please note that international shipping times may vary. 

Shipping Costs

These costs are per order and not per item and are shown in Great British Pounds (£). Shipping costs will be automatically calculated on the checkout page.

NB: If you have selected a different currency for the website to be displayed in, then the shipping costs above will be converted to this currency on the checkout page. The currency that you have selected for the website, will be charged to the method of payment that you use at checkout. You can change the currency at the bottom of any webpage. 

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to you via email after you order has been dispatched. Please check your junk/spam folders in case the email has sailed off course! Your order will be sent through one of our trusted delivery partners and the tracking number and website link can be found in your email, so that you can track your treasures every step of the way. 

Please note tracking may not be available to some international destinations and tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active.
